Chirico Media is a locally operated "out of home" media company, specializing in developing premium billboard and other media locations in the Midwest United States.
The principals of Chirico Media have a combined 100 years of working experience in the "out of home" media business. This experience includes working with national, regional and local billboard operators in the development, construction, maintenance and operation of their billboard locations, as well as less traditional "out of home" media such as exterior and interior wall signs, elevator wraps and even "new year's eve" banner drops. We have expertise, not only in local, regional and national sales, but also finance, real estate law and land use development. In addition to having developed, operated and sold space on over 200 individual sites throughout the United States, we have converted "on premise" media locations to "co-branded" locations which also host ""off premise" advertising, providing landowners with additional rental income and businesses with unique advertising opportunities.
Through Chirico Media, our principals will continue
working with REITs, developers and particularly with local land and business owners, to provide a select assortment of premium, and highly coveted, "out of home" media locations for "for-profit" and "non-profit" business advertising throughout the Midwest.
